1. Is there a fee for the review of our logistics program?
No. If we believe that your company is a candidate for our services, we will perform the initial analysis at no charge. Either we can save you money or we can’t. If we can, we will present a proposal and you can accept or reject it. We only ask that if our plan works for you that you allow us to implement the plan.
2. Do all of your solutions involve changing the way I ship my freight?
No. Occasionally, we can just offer better rates based on our experience and volume purchasing from providers. In any case, whatever we propose must be acceptable to you and your team and will not reduce the level of service your offer your customers.
3. How long does it take to review our program?
Usually it takes less than a couple of weeks from the time you provide us information on how your logistics program is working today. We will provide a written response that will include our observations of your present system and recommendations for improvement. These recommendations will include actual dollar savings that can be achieved.
